Our Practice

Our coaching practice utilizes a structured approach combining human performance theory and on-going research with results focused experiential learning.

Our practice strictly adheres to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) code of ethics and ensures that the objectives of the individual, team, and broader organization are clearly defined and collectively agreed to by the organization, the individual being coached, and the coach.

As certified administrators of numerous assessment tools for individuals and teams, our leadership coaching practice offers tangible results across a variety of situations including;

Our Methodology

Our coaching methodology consists of three distinct phases:

Context

Establishing the relationship and situational analysis.  Review any relevant existing data and/or utilize agreed upon assessments.

Content

Exploring what matters to the individual and what matters to key stakeholders.  Generating and harnessing energy and motivation to work on what matters most.

Conduct

Development through a blended learning approach.  Incorporate expedited feedback loops (PELA: plan – execute – learn – adjust) to facilitate real-time development.

Measure progress and milestone pulse checks with coaching sponsor and other key stakeholders.

Context

Introduction and Situational Analysis

  • Establish the coaching relationship
  • Gather and review individual assessment data (including behavioral leadership interviews)
  • Discuss the current business context (strategic priorities, culture, external environment, etc.)

Content

Exploring Options and Planning

  • Insights gained from the Context phase
  • Exploring options and establishing priorities
  • Creating an actionable, measurable and time-bound Development Plan

Conduct

Execution and Growth

  • Executing against the plan and bi-weekly coaching
  • Pulse checks with participant and sponsor
  • Adjustments to plan and coaching acceleration
